The thread on the inner and outer surfaces of the garment cannot exceed a certain amount and length. If the thread is too much, it will increase the amount of dust generated by the garment itself.

(2) All outer leakage edges (such as patch pockets and front sills) must be edged.

(3) All cutting edges are better treated with high-temperature fuses, thus preventing the clothing from spontaneous dust.

(4) If there is a relatively high electrical conductivity requirement, it is necessary to use a conductive wire for sewing.

(5) You can't use chalk and pencil positioning on clothing pieces. When using awl positioning, you must ensure the sharpness of the awl, which can also reduce the spontaneous dust of the clothing.

(6) The neckline, cuffs, etc. are the openings that are particularly easy to see through. It should be specially sealed. The manufacturer of the sticky mats can be tightened with elastic or elastic threaded cloth.
