Anti-static clean clothing refers to work clothes that are sewn with anti-static fabric as a fabric to prevent static build-up on clothing. The antistatic fabric is a fabric obtained by mixing conductive fibers or antistatic synthetic fibers or a mixture of the two at substantially equal intervals or evenly during weaving

Anti-static clean clothing refers to work clothes that are sewn with anti-static fabric as a fabric to prevent static build-up on clothing. The antistatic fabric is a fabric obtained by mixing conductive fibers or antistatic synthetic fibers or a mixture of the two at substantially equal intervals or evenly during weaving. The conductive fiber is a general term for fibers made of a conductive material or a subconductive material using metal or organic materials in whole or in part, and has a volume resistivity ρv ~ between 104 and 109 Ω/cm. According to the distribution of the conductive component in the fiber, the conductive fiber can be classified into three types: a conductive component uniform type, a conductive component covering type, and a conductive component composite type.

An antistatic and dust-free garment made of conductive fibers is added to the chemical fiber fabric, and the power-dissipation is based on two mechanisms of charge leakage and neutralization.

When grounded, the static electricity on the fabric is neutralized by the corona discharge of the conductive fibers, and can also be discharged to the ground via the conductive fibers; when not grounded, the electricity is dissipated by the weak corona discharge of the conductive fibers. This kind of fabric requires relatively high performance, and has the following properties: after washing with water for 100 times in an environment of temperature 20+-20 humidity 30-40%, the average value of the surface charge density of the fabric is ≤7.0μc/m2.

Anti-static overalls fabric
There are many types of anti-static overalls fabrics. Generally, there are many T/C fabrics. The conductive fibers are added inside or treated with antistatic additives. The better anti-static fabrics are made of interwoven conductive fibers.

If divided according to the processing method of the overalls, it can be divided into the following three types:
1. The fabric is finished with an antistatic finishing agent.
2. Fiber graft modification, blending and interweaving of hydrophilic fibers for the purpose of improving fabric moisture absorption;
3. Blended or inlaid conductive fibers.

Different industries, the choice of anti-static fabrics is not the same, the following describes the anti-static overalls fabrics selected by several different industries.

Specifications: 100D×100D Main performance and features: compact structure, smooth hand feeling; permanent anti-static. Scope of application: dust-proof clothing, anti-static clothing, gloves, hats, uppers, etc.

2.: Door width (cm): 150 Main raw material components: 100% special-spun polyester, 2% conductive fiber. Specification: 150D×300D 2/1 Main performance and features: easy to wash and dry, permanent anti-static. Scope of application: applicable to anti-static occasions with low requirements

3. Door width (cm): 150 Main raw material components: T/C 65/35 Specifications: Warp and weft, 150D×40S. Main performance and characteristics: It is made of cotton, chemical fiber and conductive fiber imported from Japan. Scope of application: chemical, electronics, petroleum, coal, medicine, military, food, etc. For example, the clean room staff needs to choose ultra-clean anti-static fabric. If the working environment is damp, the fabric is required to be breathable. In winter, warmth is important.

Anti-static dust-free clothing is suitable for the petroleum industry; mining and metallurgy industry; chemical industry; electronics industry; special industry, such as: atomic energy, aerospace, weapons and so on. Other industries, such as: food, fireworks, medicine, etc.
